Simply choose a convenient day and time for your FREE blood draw at Cell Science Systems (852 S. Military Trail, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442). Once you arrive at your appointment, they will take care of everything!  Or, if you'd rather have a phlebotomist go to your home or office at your convenience, it's simply an extra $60 fee.  Alternately, you may also choose to have your blood drawn at AnyLabTestNow.com anywhere in the US. You will NOT need to be fasting, so the test can be done anytime.

About one week after your blood draw, you'll receive your lab test results which includes food lists placed inside four categories: "Severe", "Moderate", "Mild", and "No Reaction".  (see SAMPLE REPORT on page 2-11). You'll also get an implementation guide which helps you understand your results.  All your lab test results and supportive documents will be posted inside your "Better App" client portal which you'll get access to right after purchasing your test.     

 One of the most challenging parts of doing a food sensitivity test is figuring out what your new menu will look like each day or what to order at restaurants based on your lab test results!  There are specific foods you'll need to avoid and others you can eat liberally, and you may not be sure what a healthy balanced meal looks like with adequate protein, essential fats, and nutrients using these new "safe" foods.  But not to worry, Annika Rockwell, Registered Dietitian/Licensed Nutritionist will customize delicious and nutritionally balanced meal plans based on your lab results & meal preferences. 

Another challenge about trying to follow your new food guidelines is that meals can get really boring when you don't know what to make. There is no recipe book customized to your specific lab results, so most people end up eating the same boring meals every day for months.  But there's no need for that to happen!  Annika will literally create a collection of recipes for you!  And, each recipe's ingredients will be added to a grocery shopping list for the week to simplify the whole process.

Your program comes with free access to the "Better" mobile app for nutrition & health programs which will have everything you need organized in one place for easy access!  Your instructions, resources, program guide, appointments, lab test results, meal plans, and recipes will all be posted here, and you'll see updates inside your account each week. This HIPAA compliant client portal is where you'll find everything relating to your health program.  You'll also be able to communicate directly with Annika Rockwell, RDN via chat message to ask questions!
