are food sensitivities causing your symptoms?

THIS Lab Test Will Tell You Exactly What Foods Your Body Is Reacting To!

When you eat specific foods or chemical compounds that you are sensitive to, they may not cause you to have any noticeable reaction right away.  But, they can silently trigger your innate immune system causing an inflammatory reaction.

This inflammation can result in a variety of chronic symptoms which you don't realize are caused by those specific foods you eat regularly. You could even be sensitive to "healthy" foods!

Customized Healthy Meal Plan Menus

One of the most challenging parts of doing a food sensitivity test is figuring out what your new menu will look like each day or what to order at restaurants based on your lab test results!  There are specific foods you'll need to avoid and others you can eat liberally, and you may not be sure what a healthy balanced meal looks like with adequate protein, essential fats, and nutrients using these new "safe" foods.  But not to worry, Annika Rockwell, Registered Dietitian/Licensed Nutritionist will customize delicious and nutritionally balanced meal plans based on your lab results & meal preferences.

Easy Recipes and Convenient Grocery Shopping Lists

Another challenge about trying to follow your new food guidelines is that meals can get really boring when you don't know what to make. There is no recipe book customized to your specific lab results, so most people end up eating the same boring meals every day for months.  But there's no need for that to happen!  Annika will literally create a collection of recipes for you!  And, each recipe's ingredients will be added to a grocery shopping list for the week to simplify the whole process.
