In order to create a customized nutrition plan to optimize your health, we must first find out what's going on inside your body at a cellular level. This exciting cutting-edge lab test will check for over 116 analytes and amino acids involved in the biochemistry of your metabolism, energy, detoxification, brain neurotransmitters, digestion, immunity, and inflammation. We will interpret the results and let you know what deficiencies exist, what is out of balance and exactly how to fix those things! The first part of the test is done from home via morning urine sample, and then a simple blood draw (see options for locations). You'll receive the kit in the mail to bring it to the facility. Annika Rockwell is a Licensed Nutritionist and Dietitian with a passion for functional and integrative medicine to address the root cause of health conditions.
Her passion for nutrition and functional medicine stems from her decades of chronic health struggles which prevented her from living the life she wanted. Annika was plagued with bone-crushing fatigue, constant brain fog, autoimmune thyroid disease, anxiety, depression, bronchial and sinus infections, debilitating menstrual symptoms, PCOS, hypoglycemia, kidney stones, chronic headaches, heavy metal toxicity, and was ultimately told her conditions were incurable without chance of conceiving a child. What she discovered instead is that she just needed a more holistic approach to healing!
Her studies in nutrition and functional medicine helped her address the root causes of her symptoms one by one, and she became a new version of herself, free of debilitating disease, capable of conceiving, and able to live life to the fullest! Annika customizes a lifestyle medicine program for each of her clients in order to address the unique root cause of their weight gain, thyroid health, digestive health, menstrual challenges and peri-menopause symptoms.
