As a Licensed Nutritionist and Registered Dietitian with over 27 years of experience, Annika specializes in integrative nutrition, functional medicine, and Medical Nutrition Therapy to address the root causes of health conditions.

A large part of her practice has focused on helping peri-menopausal women with stubborn weight gain, energy, hormones, and health challenges which commonly occur during their 40s through 60s.
